Who inspect the house, and am I allowed to visit the construction site?

During the construction process the City Council’s building Inspector, the NHBRC, our Structural Engineer, the Bank, our Contractor and CHD’s own Project Manager inspects the property. After registration, approval of the plan, issuing of the NHBRC enrolment certificate etc. construction will commence on your property. Construction may take four to five months to complete.
