Our Process
Our effortless process takes the home-buying-hassle out of your hands, and places it in our hands.
We will assist you in completing all relevant contracts and documents relating to your new home’s loan application. The application will be submitted to financial institutions for processing. Cash purchases are also welcome, we will however require proof of funds.
We will provide regular feedback on the progress of your application. Continued assistance is available from date of submission until date of final approval. Once approved, we will arrange your appointment with the attorneys.
Now the fun starts! We will discuss your future home’s plan. We will discuss and plan for your every need during our proposes ‘one-on-one’ meetings! Our project management team will guide you through the process and give estimated timeframes if required.
All relevant transfer and bond (if required) documentation will now be discussed and signed with our registered Conveyancing Attorneys. The final building process documentation will be discussed and signed. Almost there, just a few more steps!
The Attorneys will lodge your application with the Deeds Office. Upon registration of the bond (home/building loan) the property will be transferred to you. You are now the owner of the property! We await relevant approvals so we may commence construction!
Upon receipt of the approved building plan, the NHBRC enrolment certificate and installed water meter, construction on your home will commence! We will keep you updated on progress on site. We will be available for any feedback if required.
Once building process is completed, and a preliminary inspection was done by the Council, our engineer and contractor’s site manager, we conduct a site visit so you may inspect your new home! Final documentation will be sent to the financial institution.
Upon final inspection and approval of the works by the financial institution, the final payment (if building loan) will be made (usually after confirming with you, the client). The keys to your new home will be yours. Welcome to the CHD family!
